NCCAOM美国中医药针灸师认证

      在中国学习并申请此认证的学生需要经过中方机构审查,必须提交中文文件。所需材料为:

      1、《学术记录成绩单证明》1份。有模版,需发送已签字的Word或PDF版本。     

      2、《中医学分类课程表》1份。根据所学课程,按类别填写。需要关注的是,填写的每一类课程的总学时须达到报考美国执业医师资格考试的学时要求。

      3、《中医学课程说明》1份。填写课程内容介绍包括课程性质、理念、内容等。

      4、毕业证书、学位证书的高清复印件。在学校教务处网站申请。https://jxw.bucm.edu.cn/rc/68763.htm

      5、 该校出具的原始成绩单【须中文】。在学校教务处网站申请。https://jxw.bucm.edu.cn/rc/68763.htm

      6、提供姓名(中英文)、学号、专业、班级、实习医院名称、实习科室名称。

      将填好的文件1、2、3和6的相关信息发送至国际学院教办邮箱 gjxyjb@sina.com必须提交中文文件。教办老师会补充完善并从教务处领取做好的文件4、5, 一起寄出。请关注电子邮件,及时回复。

      注意:

      1.文件较多,办理过程会比较久,约2个月(不含寒暑假)

      2.申请过程纯自费。即报名费文件寄送费用翻译费(可能产生)需要自付。

 

 

NCCAOM American TCM acupuncturist certification

 

Students who study in China and apply for this certification need to be reviewed by the Chinese organization and must submit Chinese documents. The required materials are:

  • One copy of academic Record transcript Certificate. With a template, send a signed Word or PDF version.
  • One copy of the TCM Classification Curriculum Table. And this table should be filled by category. It should be noted that the total credit hours of each type of course must meet the requirements for the American Medical Practitioner Qualification Examination.
  • One copy of "Traditional Chinese Medicine Curriculum Description". Fill in the introduction of the course content, including the course nature, concept, content, etc.

  • Provide name (Chinese and English), student number, major, class, name of internship hospital and name of internship department.

Send the relevant information of the completed documents 1,2,3 and 6 to the mailbox gjxyjb@sina.com of the Education Office of the International College, and the Chinese documents must be submitted. The teachers of the teaching office will supplement and improve these documents and get the documents 4 and 5 from the Academic Affairs Office. Next, the teachers would send these documents out together. Please follow the email and reply promptly.

Pay attention to:

1. There are many documents, and the processing process will be relatively long, about 2 months.(Excluding winter and summer holidays)

2. The application process is purely self-funded. That is, the registration fee, document delivery fee, translation fee (possible) all need to be paid by yourself.
