Presently there are 4422 teaching and supporting personnel and 972 full-time professors, of which 64% have senior professional titles, 73% with masters degree or above, and 314 mentors for PhD students. There are two professors holding the title of Great Master of Traditional Chinese Medicine, and three distinguishing professors with the title of Chang Jiang Scholar. Our school also has two winners of The National Natural Science Fund Committee for Outstanding Youth Funding, three Chief Scientists of 973 project, and three Discipline Counsellors of the State Council. Seven of our personnel come from the National Million Talents Project, seven young experts of outstanding achievement, and 89 experts acquiring special government allowance. All our experts form a strong teaching team which mainly consists of globally famous experts and scholars, and domestically influential young professors.

In 2012, the Ministry of Education in China's demonstration base is located at our school, which signifies that the teaching team for international students in our school has become the benchmark for all other Chinese universities.
